We do not use your information for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use your prompts or images to train any AI model.

Inside Squie, only the people who run Luminka can see account information, through a private admin page that needs a sign-in. It shows your email, credits, purchases, how many images you've made and your most recent prompts. We look at it to run the service: to answer support requests, check payments, investigate abuse, and understand usage and costs. We don't browse people's prompts or images for any other reason.

Your OpenAI key

If you add your own OpenAI API key, it is checked with OpenAI and stored encrypted. It is only ever used by our server to make your images, is never shown to you or anyone else again (we display only its last four characters), and is permanently deleted when you remove it or delete your account. Images made with your key are billed to your OpenAI account under OpenAI's terms.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach Luminka. We receive a record of the purchase (amount, currency, pack and status), and Stripe keeps its own records as required by law.

How long we keep it

Cookies and local storage

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores your sign-in session in local storage so you stay signed in. This is strictly necessary for the service, so we don't ask for consent. Cloudflare's bot check may set a strictly necessary security cookie.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your information, and to object to or restrict how we use it. You can delete your account and everything stored for it at any time from your account page. For anything else, email support@squie.com. We'll reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), though we'd appreciate the chance to sort it out first.

Children

Luminka is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we make significant changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, let you know by email.
