Terms of service

Last updated 27 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Squie Limited (company number 07722811, registered office 80 Browning Road, Enfield, EN2 0EJ), which runs Luminka ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Luminka, you agree to them. If you're using Luminka for a business, you confirm you can agree on its behalf.

1. The service

Luminka is a connector that lets you create and edit images in Claude using OpenAI's image models. We provide it as it is and may improve, change or withdraw features. We'll give reasonable notice of major changes that affect credits you've paid for.

Luminka is independent and is not made, endorsed or supported by Anthropic or OpenAI. Your use of Claude is also covered by Anthropic's terms.

2. Your account

3. Credits and payments

4. Refunds and your right to cancel

Credits are digital content supplied immediately. If you're a consumer in the UK, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase. That right ends once you start using the credits you bought, because you ask for the content to be supplied straight away. If you haven't used any of a pack's credits, email us within 14 days of buying it for a full refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights if something we supply is faulty.

5. Using your own OpenAI key

If you add your own OpenAI API key, images are made with your OpenAI account instead of credits. You're responsible for that account, its charges and its limits, and for following OpenAI's terms. If OpenAI rejects your key, we'll pause image requests until you replace or remove it. We won't silently switch to your credits.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Luminka to create content that is illegal, sexualises minors, harasses or defames people, infringes others' rights, or is otherwise prohibited by OpenAI's usage policies, which apply to every request. You also agree not to try to break, overload or get around the service's security or limits. We may refuse requests and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Your images

As between you and us, you own the prompts you write and, to the extent the law and OpenAI's terms allow, the images made for you. You're responsible for how you use them. Image generators can produce similar results for different people, so we can't promise an image is unique or free of third-party rights. Stored copies are deleted after 30 days, so download anything you want to keep.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep Luminka running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, since it depends on services such as Claude, OpenAI, Vercel and Supabase. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for business losses if you're a consumer.

9. Ending these terms

You can stop using Luminka and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we stop offering Luminka. If we stop offering it for reasons other than your breach, we'll refund unused purchased credits.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll tell you in advance by email or on the site. If you keep using Luminka after they take effect, the new terms apply.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
